Here are brief details on many of the special events that we run during the year
Christmas
Alongside traditional favourites such as our Carols by Candlelight and Christmas Morning Service, we also have special Coffee House openings, our Christmas Supper Evening and our very popular Children’s Production.
Supper Evenings
On Saturdays at various times through the year we host special supper evenings.
These times are a chance to relax over a two / three course meal that is waitress served. Listen to singing items both before and after the meal, plus hear a challenging speaker.
Very highly recommended.
Film Evenings / Ladies Nights
An informal and relaxing time during the week. Involves watching a DVD or video film together and a light supper.
A chance to chat with friends and watch something challenging.
The DVD’s range far and wide from creation and science to history, life stories and mission work.
Craft Evenings
Craft Evening is an opportunity to do many different crafts.
We focus on a different type of craft each time we run a craft night.
It doesn’t matter if you are an expert or a total novice, feel free to come along and enjoy a challenge.
There are also light refreshments provided during the evening.
We finish each evening with a short thought provoking comment.
Science / Bible History / Missionary Presentations
Informative and very interesting events with a live speaker.
These come from different backgrounds such as a leading scientist, a modern day bible translator and missionaries.
The presentations include media displays, personal anecdotes and a chance to chat with the speakers over supper.
